We are looking for a full time service assistant and shift manager

Nomad Workspace is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented service assistant with a natural flair for service to join the Nomad team. 

 

As a service assistant and shift manager at Nomad Workspace, you will play a pivotal role in leading our café and service team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and oversee administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the daily café and service team.

  • Create and manage the daily shift schedule.

  • Train and mentor café and service associates.

  • Ensure the quality of tasks performed by the service assistant team.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (hygiene, self-monitoring).

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing administrative tasks.

  • Experience in leading small teams.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience in the service and hospitality industry is required.
