Nomad Workspace is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented service assistant with a natural flair for service to join the Nomad team.
As a service assistant and shift manager at Nomad Workspace, you will play a pivotal role in leading our café and service team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and oversee administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the daily café and service team.

Create and manage the daily shift schedule.

Train and mentor café and service associates.

Ensure the quality of tasks performed by the service assistant team.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (hygiene, self-monitoring).
Qualifications:

Experience in managing administrative tasks.

Experience in leading small teams.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in the service and hospitality industry is required.
