Cancellation Policy: Meeting room bookings can be cancelled free of charge by giving notice more than 5 full working days prior to the date of the booking . For cancellations after this up 24 hours prior to the meetings there will be a charge of 50%. For cancellations made less  than 24 hours prior to the meeting there will be a 100% charge.
